Due to the nature of our hair and skin products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped, Rooted Curlture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.If this occurs, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
